Closed Loop launches green initiative for businesses
Closed Loop Recycling launched a new green scheme last week aimed at helping small businesses become more environmentally-friendly.
The office recycling and collection scheme will enable firms to recycle paper and cardboard waste along with other office material such as plastic bottles, paper and cardboard waste.
Closed Loop Recycling started the campaign with a direct mailer to 8,000 business across Greater London, Leeds, Manchester and Birmingham on September 22nd, detailing aspects of the scheme - the most important of which is to increase the level of recycling among UK firms.
Nick Cliffe, marketing director of Closed Loop Recylcing, told B2B Marketing Online: "The scheme offers a simple solution to businesses which already have a legal obligation to manage their waste appropriately. It is a simple-to-run and flexible scheme which can be tailored to individual businesses."
The campaign is supported by a direct mail initiative as well as a dedicated website and a public relations push in both the local and national media.
