Our modern telephone system has been configured to avoid the use of queuing and multiple choice options. When you call Marketscan, the phone is answered by an experienced Account Manager who has received training in Database Marketing and the company's products and services. The Account Managers are there to help with any query you may have. Regular customer satisfaction surveys are carried out to check all aspects of our customer service. In a recent survey, over 95% of respondents rated our service as good to excellent.
The data we supply is to exacting standards and carries a cash refund guarantee*. It is sourced from the top national suppliers; combined into a single 'Megabase' and then subjected to dozens of rigorous quality checks. It is only when each record meets these new standards that it is supplied to our customers - reliably, on-time.
Our internal procedures and computer systems have been designed to provide our customers with a trouble free experience from the making of the first enquiry to delivery of the data or service required. A continual programme of systems analysis ensures regular updating of software and hardware to take advantage of the latest technological developments.

An amount equal to the list cost ruling at the time of invoice will be refunded by the Supplier to the Client on all Royal Mail returns in excess of 2% of the total number of business addresses supplied, provided that all returned envelopes, less contents, are received by the Supplier within 6 weeks of delivery of the original Goods and on all Royal Mail returns in excess of 5% of the total number of home addresses supplied, provided that all returned envelopes, less contents, are received by the Supplier within 4 weeks of delivery of the original Goods .
